The All England Lawn Tennis Club, the home of The Wimbledon Championships, needs to recruit a Senior Ladies’ Dressing Room Attendant. The main responsibility will be to maintain and clean the dressing room and to provide a high standard of service to the members and their guests. The dressing rooms are open seven days a week and the job holder will need to work a rota, averaging 29¾ hours a week, including alternate weekends. A flexible approach to working hours may also be required from time to time. During the Championships fortnight, it is expected that the Senior Attendant will need to work at least 12 hours a day as well as working a full week before The Championships, providing dressing room services to professional players. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a five star hotel environment or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, good cleaning skills and supervisory experience.
