The event started in March of this year at clubs and schools level, followed on by County Finals and culminating in National Finals held during the week of 20 - 25 August 2007 at the All England Club, Wimbledon.

64 boys and 64 girls represented their counties at the National Finals having qualified through their clubs/schools event and the County Finals.

Round robin matches commenced at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 20 August, with 16 groups of 4 players in both boys' and girls' events.
