The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited ("AELTC") is looking to recruit a Senior Tennis Coach and Programme Manager to join the team at our Community Sports Ground in Raynes Park.
The AELTC has delivered substantial top-line growth in recent years and expects that growth to continue in conjunction with an ambitious investment programme in the years ahead, including the construction of a retractable roof over No.1 Court.
This supports the AELTC’s goal of delivery the world’s premier tennis tournament and to support one of the world’s most prestigious tennis clubs.
The Community Sports Ground is a multi-use facility operated by The All England Lawn Tennis Club. It provides a base for our Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative, a designated training facility for Ball Boy and Girl training and provides the local community with an opportunity to use high-quality sports facilities and tennis courts. The facility is also used by local schools via our Community Coach and Merton School Sports Partnership.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and oversee the delivery of the Community Tennis Programme and work as a senior coach offering junior and senior coaching. You will need at least a Level 4 Coaching Qualification and should have experience of working in a leisure type facility. Ideally, you should also have some experience of managing other coaches.
This role supports the AELTC's goal of delivering the world's premier tennis tournament and to support one of the world's most prestigious tennis clubs.
