FM Helpdesk Administrator

The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited ("AELTC") is looking to recruit an FM Helpdesk Administrator.

Founded in 1868, The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) is a private members' club which organises and stages The Championships, Wimbledon.

The AELTC has delivered substantial top-line growth in recent years and expects that growth to continue in conjunction with an ambitious investment programme in the years ahead, including the construction of a retractable roof over No.1 Court.

The Facilities Management Department's role is to maintain the AELTC grounds and buildings to an extremely high standard, deliver projects and to support the preparation and operation of The Championships.

As FM Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide support to the Facilities Management Department with a particular focus on FM Helpdesk operations. You will deliver day to day helpdesk support to the in-house team and external suppliers through the operation of all maintenance activities.

You should have strong IT skills and a passion for giving excellent customer service. Ideally, you will also have previous experience in a Facilities Management department.

This supports the AELTC's goal of delivering the world's premier tennis tournament and to support one of the world's most prestigious tennis clubs.

The AELTC is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applicants from all sections of the community. Appointments are made on merit.
