The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited ("AELTC") is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team.
Founded in 1868, The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) is a private members' club which organises and stages The Championships, Wimbledon.
The AELTC has delivered substantial top-line growth in recent years and expects that growth to continue in conjunction with an ambitious investment programme in the years ahead, including the construction of a retractable roof over No.1 Court.
The Facilities Management Department's role is to maintain the AELTC grounds and buildings to an extremely high standard, deliver projects and to support the preparation and operation of The Championships. This supports the AELTC's goal of delivering the world's premier tennis tournament and to support one of the world's most prestigious tennis clubs.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will manage designated projects at all stages from inception, design and delivery through to handover to the operational Facilities Management team. You will also assist with preparing and submitting the annual project review process, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept engaged.
You should have experience in producing specifications, tender packages and managing projects from conception through to delivery. You should also have a recognised qualification in building surveying or construction.
