The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited is looking to recruit an IT Application Support Analyst to join our IT Department.
Founded in 1868, The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) is a private members’ club which organises and stages The Championships, Wimbledon.
The AELTC has delivered substantial top line growth in recent years and expects that growth to continue in conjunction with an ambitious investment programme in the years ahead, including the construction of a retractable roof over No.1 Court.
The Information Technology Department’s role is to build and deliver a high availability technology platform which underpins The Championships, including but not limited to player, media and tennis technologies and support and enhance the AELTC all year-round for Members, visitors and staff.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will maintain support of all aspects of the AELTC application estate and help to develop and maintain a portfolio of support procedures for each. The IT Application Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support fixing application faults. You will work closely with the internal and external support and development team to understand the application estate and build a portofolio of products in use and develop Incident Management processes to enhance the support process, both year-round and during The Championships. The job calls for both technical capability and a high degree of business understanding which will need to be absorbed quickly.
