About our Guided Tours

Explore the Grounds as part of one of our acclaimed behind-the-scenes tours.

Directed by Blue Badge tourist guides, the tour lasts around an hour and a half and takes you to the most recognisable and exclusive places in the Grounds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the home of The Championships and see the facilities used during the London 2012 Olympics.

You are strongly advised to pre-book individual tours through our online booking or by telephone to avoid disappointment.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

NB The Tour booking site will be under going maintenance from 4.30pm on Friday 17th October through to 5.30pm on Saturday 18th October and will not be accessible during this time.

We are open 10am to 5pm, last entry to the Museum at 16.30 and tours will run at 10.30, 11.00, 12.30, 13.00, 14.30 and 15.00

Due to The Championships build-up the Museum and shop is open but there is no access to the grounds and tours are unavailable.

15th June – Museum open, last day of Tours before The Championships and shop Open

16th – 21st June – Museum and shop open but no tours and access to the grounds

22nd June -  Museum Closed and no tours

23rd June – 6th July – *The Championships 2014* – Museum is open to Championship ticket holders (Admission charges still apply) – no public access

7th and 8th July – Museum Closed and no tours

9th – 11th July – Museum and Shop open but no tours and access to the grounds  

12th July onwards – Museum open and tours recommence and Shop open – Please see Tour booking page for availability

24th - 26th December 2014, 1st January 2015: Museum closed. 

Tour information

  • London Pass holders should book through the system as normal and put the words 'London Pass' into the comments section. Upon arrival they must present their pass and no other payment will be collected.
  • No charges are made until the day of departure.
  • The route includes Centre Court, No.1 Court, the Picnic Terraces and Water Gardens, The Millennium Building and Press Interview Room, which are out-of-bounds during The Championships. Please note that the route is subject to change.
  • Admission to the Museum is included in the tour price.
  • Visits to the tour and Museum usually lasts around two and a half hours, including 90 minutes for the tour and an hour for the Museum.
  • No tours take place in the period around The Championships.
  • Tour sizes are limited.
  • All tours are run by Blue Badge Guides, who are of the highest quality.
