While the clay season draws to a close in Paris, the grass court swing has already begun in earnest.

Those not involved at Roland Garros will have been donning their whites in preparation for Wimbledon, while players have already taken to the lawns in Manchester and Eastbourne.

With the grass court season being extended to three weeks in 2015, space has opened up for a new tournament, with the inaugural Mallorca Open set to get underway on June 13th.

It promises to be yet another thrilling grass court season, and Wimbledon.com has your guide to all the action.

Aegon Eastbourne Trophy (ITF Women's Circuit)

When: 28/05/2016 - 03/06/2016

Lowdown: Eastbourne's Devonshire Park plays host to the likes of Daniela Hantuchova, Alison Riske and Donna Vekic in what is the first grass court event of the season.

Defending champion: Anett Kontaveit

Aegon Manchester Trophy (ATP Challenger)

When: 29/05/2016 - 05/06/2016

Lowdown: Dan Evans, James Ward and Liam Broady head up a field that includes Rafael Nadal's conqueror Dustin Brown and the big-serving Australian Sam Groth.

Defending champion: Sam Groth

Aegon Surbiton Trophy (ATP Challenger and ITF Women's Circuit)

When: 04/06/2016 - 12/06/2016

Lowdown: Held just a 20 minute drive from the All England Club, the Surbiton Racket & Fitness Club will welcome Dan Evans, Dustin Brown and Donna Vekic as part of one their strongest ever player fields.

Defending champions: Matthew Ebden and Vitalia Diatchenko

Mercedes Cup – Stuttgart (ATP)

When: 06/06/2016 – 12/06/2016

Lowdown: Having withdrawn from Roland Garros through injury, Roger Federer is set to kick off the ATP grass court season in Stuttgart, where he’ll be joined by the likes of Dominic Thiem, Marin Cilic and Grigor Dimitrov.

Defending champion: Rafael Nadal

Ricoh Open – s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands (ATP and WTA)

When: 06/06/2016 – 12/06/2016

Lowdown: Robin Haase and Kiki Bertens will shoulder home hopes, while Richard Gasquet, David Goffin, Belinda Bencic and Eugenie Bouchard will also be participating.

Defending champions: Nicolas Mahut and Camila Giorgi

Aegon Open Nottingham – (WTA)

When: 06/06/2016 – 12/06/2016

Lowdown: Brits Johanna Konta, Laura Robson, Heather Watson and Naomi Broady are all headed for the midlands, along with Victoria Azarenka and Madison Keys.

Defending champion: Ana Konjuh

Aegon Ilkley Trophy (ATP Challenger and ITF Women's Circuit)

When: 11/06/2016 - 19/06/2016

Lowdown: Yen-Hsun Lu and Australians Jordan Thompson and Matthew Ebden will compete in Yorkshire for the second Aegon Trophy event in Ilkley, along with Denisa Allertova and Michelle Larcher De Brito.

Defending champions: Denis Kudla and Anna-Lena Friedsam.

Gerry Weber Open – Halle (ATP)

When: 13/06/2016 – 19/06/2015

Lowdown: Federer again heads up a strong field in Germany, with Kei Nishikori, David Ferrer and Tomas Berdych all set to take to the grass in Halle.

Defending champion: Roger Federer

Aegon Classic Birmingham (WTA)

When: 13/06/2016 – 19/06/2016

Lowdown: The Aegon Classic Birmingham is able boast the strongest line-up in its 35-year history, with Angelique Kerber, Simona Halep, Lucie Safarova and Johanna Konta all among the field headed for Birmingham.

Defending champion: Angelique Kerber

Mallorca Open (WTA)

When: 13/06/2016 – 19/06/2016

Lowdown: Following the extension of the grass court season in 2015, Mallorca will now host a new tournament in the second week of the grass-court swing, with 2015 Wimbledon finalist Garbine Muguruza the main attraction.

Aegon Championships at Queens’ Club (ATP)

When: 13/06/2016 – 19/06/2015

Lowdown: Andy Murray returns to the capital looking to win his fifth title at Queens’ Club, but will face stiff competition in the form of Rafael Nadal, Stan Wawrinka and Nick Kyrgios.

Defending champion: Andy Murray

Did you know? In 2013, Murray became the seventh player to complete the Queens’ Club – Wimbledon double, after John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Boris Becker, Pete Sampras, Lleyton Hewitt and Rafael Nadal.

Aegon International Eastbourne – (WTA)

When: 19/06/2016 – 25/06/2016

Lowdown: Two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova will warm up for The Championships in Eastbourne, along with Agnieszka Radwanska and Belinda Bencic.

Defending champion: Belinda Bencic

Did you know: Martina Navratilova won an astonishing 11 times at Eastbourne – the second-most times any player has won a single WTA event (her 12 titles in Chicago remains the record).

Aegon Open Nottingham – (ATP)

When: 19/06/2016 – 25/06/2016

Lowdown: Great Britain’s Davis Cup stars Kyle Edmund, Daniel Evans and James Ward will feature at Nottingham along with Kevin Anderson, Marcos Baghdatis and Fernando Verdasco.

Defending champion: Denis Istomin

Did you know? Istomin’s triumph last year made him the first player from Uzbekistan to win an ATP title.

The Championships, Wimbledon (ATP and WTA)

When: 27/06/2016 – 10/07/2016

Lowdown: The 130th Championships will take place at Wimbledon this summer, with all the top names from both tours scheduled to do battle on the All England Club lawns.
