Biography

The world's number one tennis player started the year in maginificent form by lifting his fourth Australian Open title and proved he is still the main man to beat in 2013. Aged just 25, Djokovic already has six Grand Slam titles to his name, including the 2011 Wimbledon title, and will look to build on the success he has tasted in the previous two seasons. The Serbian's structured and reliable team off the court has played a big part in his career, with former ATP player Marian Vajda coaching him since 2006.

20:24...But boy, it was a barrow-load of fun. I hope you enjoyed it even half as much as we did. Thank you for all your messages throughout, you've been the glue holding us together as the edges frayed amid the madness. Now if you'll excuse me, it's time for us Brits to raise a toast to Andy Murray and Fred Perry. British sporting legends both.

20:19It was the wackiest of Wimbledons with the most unlikely of headline-makers: Sergiy Stakhovsky, Steve Darcis, Michelle Larcher de Brito, Kimiko-Date Krumm, Jerzy Janowicz, Sabine Lisicki, Marion Bartoli...
