Biography

Albert Montanes began playing tennis at the age of six at the club de tenis San Carles de la Rapita in Spain and favours clay court surfaces, providing him with the opportunity to use his forehand to dictate. He reached a career-high ranking of 22 in the world in August 2010 and has claimed five ATP Tour titles.
