Biography

Belarusian and former world number one Victoria Azarenka was introduced to tennis at the age of seven by her mother and turned professional in 2003. The 23-year-old's favourite surface is hard courts and she has won the Australian Open twice in Melbourne (2012 and 2013) - becoming the first player from her country to win a Grand Slam title. Azarenka lives and trains Monte Carlo.
