The AELTC was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of chef and restrauteur Albert Roux OBE.

An outstanding and widely celebrated chef, Albert was also an integral member of the Wimbledon hospitality family, having helped curate our culinary offerings and experience for more than a decade.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
