All attendees of The Championships, regardless of the length of their visit, must hold a valid accreditation.
Agents, Clothing/Footwear Brands, and Tournament Directors should use the link below to complete the appropriate form. Each individual from an organisation or Tournament must submit their own form if they wish to apply for accreditation. Please do not use any forms from other pages.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Professional Tennis Team, a maximum of TWO representatives per organisation or Tournament will be granted accreditation. Allocation will depend on the number and ranking of players represented who are competing at The Championships.
Agents and brand representatives are expected to be in good standing and have an established or relevant relationship with the player(s) they represent. Final approval is at the discretion of the Professional Tennis Team.
Grand Slam attendees should coordinate with their designated lead contact to ensure they are included on the main submission list. If you are unsure who your lead contact is, please speak to your Chief Executive’s Office for assistance.
When the designated representative logs onto WACS to register the applications, there may be different options in the ACR Department and Client Group dropdowns when creating a new application.
The accrediting department or client group will determine the job titles available for selection, therefore it’s important to choose the appropriate ones.
All Grand Slam applications must be made via the Professional Tennis client group.
Applications submitted under the LTA in previous years must now be transitioned to the Professional Tennis client group.
Below is a list of all Professional Tennis and LTA Job Titles. These titles are used to assign automatic access and track who is onsite. Please review the list carefully and select the job title that best matches your role.
Choosing an incorrect job title may result in inappropriate access. If you are unsure which title to select after reviewing all the options, please contact us or a member of the Professional Tennis team for assistance.
Access to the International Boxes on Centre Court, No. 1 Court, No. 2 Court, and No. 3 Court is limited to specific roles (Special Guest, International Guest, and Tournament Directors) and is assigned as follows:
- ‘Special Guest’ has access and will receive preferential access over other job titles.
- ‘International Guest’ job title has access for the first 11 days of the tournament.
- Tournament Directors have access for the first 8 days of the tournament.
- Seating in the International Box on Centre Court for the final three days of the tournament is allocated to Special Guests. The LTA will contact Special Guests directly.
- Roles not listed above are not eligible for access to the International Box.
Meeting Requests - Meetings taking place in a specific area do not necessarily entitle you to zoned access to that space. We aim to facilitate one-off meetings through the use of escort rights and wristbands, however access to spaces for meetings cannot be guaranteed.
Please submit these requests via your Authorising Manager, who will confirm the available access options.
Accreditation changes require a minimum of 24 hours to process and may take longer during busy periods.
To request changes, email accreditation@aeltc.com and cc the AELTC Authorising Manager for your group. Please note that changes and additions are not guaranteed and depend on facility capacity and manager approval.
Last-minute requests will not be processed on the same day, except in exceptional circumstances, such as last-minute replacements due to illness or emergencies.
