3 Cancellation or curtailment of play
3.1 In the event that the AELTC cancels play prior to the gates of the Grounds opening on the applicable Championships Day for any reason set out in the Terms of Use, the Ticket Purchaser’s Ticket shall be cancelled and the Ticket Purchaser shall be automatically entitled to a refund of the Purchase Price of the Ticket.
3.2 In the event that there is a curtailment or cancellation of play following the gates of the Grounds having opened on the applicable Championships Day to which a Ticket applies, the following shall automatically apply to Tickets (other than Resale Tickets) purchased prior to 17.00 (British Summer Time) on the Championships Day:

3.2.3 The amount of play completed on a Court shall be solely determined based on the official figures published by the Tournament Referee, whose decision is final, and not for the avoidance of doubt the amount of time any Ticket Holder observes play on such Court.
3.2.4 The amount of time played on Courts to which a Grounds Pass grants access shall be calculated as an average time across all such Courts and not, for the avoidance of any doubt, the amount of time any Ticket Holder observed play on any single Court.
3.2.5 For the avoidance of any doubt, Resale Tickets and any Tickets purchased after 17.00 (British Summer Time) on a Championships Day will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3 For the purposes of this Clause 3, in respect of Debenture Tickets the Ticket Purchaser refers only to the Registered Debenture Holder and not to any other Debenture Ticket Holder. Any Debenture Ticket Holder not being a Registered Debenture Holder should contact the Registered Debenture Holder or other person from whom they purchased their Debenture Ticket in order to request a refund.
