1. Introduction to these Family Ballot Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Family Ballot Terms”) apply to the process by which the AELTC makes a limited number of No.1 Court Tickets available for purchase by eligible Ticket Applicants pursuant to a draw allocation procedure (“Wimbledon Family Ballot”).
1.2. These Family Ballot Terms are supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the AELTC’s Ticket Terms and Conditions available at https://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/tickets/ticket_terms_and_conditions.html.
1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between any provisions of these Family Ballot Terms and the Ticket Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Family Ballot Terms shall prevail in relation to any matters relating to the Wimbledon Family Ballot.
1.4. Unless otherwise defined in these Family Ballot Terms, any capitalised terms used throughout these Family Ballot Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
1.5. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ BOTH THESE FAMILY BALLOT TERMS AND THE TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR, PURCHASING AND/OR USING ANY TICKETS.
1.6. By submitting a Ticket Application in the Wimbledon Family Ballot, each Ticket Applicant shall be deemed to have read and understood the Family Ballot Terms and the Ticket Terms and Conditions and unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to be legally bound by and comply with the same.
1.7. Any attempts to circumvent and/or failure to comply with any of the requirements of these Family Ballot Terms and/or the Ticket Terms and Conditions shall constitute a breach of the same and may result in a Ticket Application being rejected and/or any Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant being cancelled without notice and without right to a refund.
2. Eligibility
2.1. In order to apply for Tickets via the Wimbledon Family Ballot, the Ticket Applicant must reside at the same permanent residential address as a child aged between five (5) and sixteen (16) years of age (inclusive) who is currently enrolled at a school identified by the AELTC as eligible for the Wimbledon Family Ballot (“Qualifying School”). The Ticket Applicant shall be required to specify the Qualifying School on their Ticket Application and may be required to provide supporting evidence of the same if requested by AELTC at its discretion.
2.2. If at any time the AELTC has reasonable grounds to believe that a Ticket Applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Wimbledon Family Ballot, including as a result of a misrepresentation by or on behalf of the Ticket Applicant, the AELTC reserves the right to reject the Ticket Application and/or to cancel any number of Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant without notice and without right to a refund.

4.4. The Ticket Applicant is permitted to modify (subject to restrictions) or cancel their Ticket Application at any time before expiry of the application window for the Wimbledon Family Ballot. Following closure of the application window, no modifications to or cancellation of a Ticket Application is permitted.
