Buying and selling debentures

Debentures are financial instruments regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are issued in accordance with a formal prospectus and application process.

Trading prices

The three recent prices and dates of the most representative market value transactions, as notified to the Company, are as follows:

2022-2026 No.1 Court Debenture Series

The price at issue was £46,000 per debenture.

Payments were in two instalments: £16,000 on application and £30,000 due March 2022.

Per debenture:

- £21,000 (16/01/26)
- £20,000 (28/11/25)
- £21,500 (18/11/25)

2026-2030 Centre Court Debenture Series

The price at issue was £116,000 per debenture.

Payments were in three instalments: £29,000 on application. Two further instalments of: £43,500 due February 2025 and £43,500 due February 2026.

Per debenture:

- £290,000 (19/04/26)
- £380,000 (13/04/26)
- £335,000 (09/03/26)

2027-2031 No.1 Court Debenture Series (partly paid)

The price at issue was £73,000 per debenture.

First instalment of £13,000 was paid on application. Two further instalments of: £30,000 due March 2026 and £30,000 due March 2027.

- £23,250 (31/03/26)
- £32,000 (22/01/26)
- £32,000 (15/01/26)

Potential purchasers of Debentures should be aware that certificate numbers NDB6989 and NDB6990, of the 2027-2031 No.1 Court debenture issue, and certificate numbers DBN2574, DBN2575, DBN2576 and DBN2577, of the 2026-2030 Centre Court debenture issue, and the Debentures represented by them have been cancelled by the Company and no person should enter into any transaction in respect of them with any person.
