Yes, the Wimbledon Court in Central Park is free and open to the public for the vast majority of the programming. The Wimbledon Court Invitational match on Friday, June 26th will be a ticketed event, but following this entry is free and open to the public, subject to venue capacity.

Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code.
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and prepare for warm summer weather and an outdoor environment. Sun protection (hats, sunscreen, etc) is encouraged.
All guests are welcome to wear their “Wimbledon Whites” or a tennis-inspired outfit.

ADA-accessible courtside seating and accessible restroom facilities will be available onsite.

When is The Wimbledon Court Invitational?
Friday, June 26, 2026.
Gates open at 11:00 AM. The Opening Ceremony begins at 1:30 PM and The Wimbledon Court Invitational begins at 2:00 PM.

Entry to the event is located on the east side of Wollman Rink off 5th Avenue on the southeast side of Central Park.

What time should I arrive?
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least one hour prior to the Opening Ceremony to allow time for entry and security screening.
Guests who have not arrived upon the Opening Ceremony (30 minutes prior to Match Start Time) may be considered a no-show and may forfeit their ticket.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes, tickets are required for The Wimbledon Court Invitational on Friday, June 26, 2026 . All attendees must present a valid ticket with QR code or be included on an approved guest list. Following The Wimbledon Court Invitational, and through Monday, June, 29, 2026, you do not need a ticket to visit the Wimbledon Court in Central Park. Entry is subject to capacity.

What is included with admission?
Admission includes access to event programming and access to complimentary refillable water stations.

What should I wear?
Guests should arrive in comfortable athletic attire appropriate for playing tennis.
Tennis shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
Do I need to bring my own racquet?
Yes. Guests are encouraged to bring their own racquet.
Racquets are permitted onsite in accordance with event policies.
Will tennis equipment be provided?
Tennis balls and an assortment of racquets will be provided (racquet sized not guaranteed).
Is there a place to store belongings during my session?
Personal belongings may remain courtside during your session or be stored in lockers located inside the Clubhouse.

Yes. Participation in any On-Court Session requires completion of a liability waiver.

Can I bring guests onto the court?
Yes. The court can accommodate doubles play.
Participants may bring up to three guests onto the court during their reserved session.
Can I take photos or videos during my session?
Yes. Guests are welcome and encouraged to capture photos and video during their experience.
Will instructors or coaches be onsite?
Coaching and instruction will not be provided during Bookable On-Court Sessions.
Instructional opportunities and staffed programming may be available during other activation experiences.
What happens if weather impacts my session?
On-Court Sessions are weather dependent.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, sessions may be delayed or canceled and will not be rescheduled.
Can I reschedule or transfer my session?
Sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Are sessions refundable?
No refunds apply as On-Court Sessions are complimentary experiences.
Is ADA participation available?
Yes. Accessible participation is available and encouraged.
