Those working on site during the Build Period (20 April-28 June) or De-Rig Period ( 13 July- 1 August) will require a Build/De-Rig pass unless they have been issued accreditation for The Championships.
Please complete a Build and De‑Rig Pass Request Form to apply for passes and return the completed form to Broadcast.Accreditation@aeltc.com no later than 7 days prior to on‑site arrival.
If you require a copy of this form, please contact wbs@aeltc.com.
Please ensure that correct dates are ticked in the Wimbledon Accreditation System (WACS) for all personnel working during the Build and De-Rig periods who have accreditation for The Championships.
To apply for accreditation, one person from each organisation must complete the registration form via the link below. This individual will be the registered user for their organisation and therefore responsible for submitting all applications on its behalf. Please do not submit more than one registration per company/organisation. Once your registration has been authorised, you will receive login details for the Wimbledon Accreditation System. Please do not try to access the system before your registration has been approved because you will be denied access.
By completing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Accreditation Terms and Conditions (and Data Privacy Notice). We require you to read these prior to completing the form and that you share this information with all that you are applying for accreditation on behalf of from your organisation. It is the responsibility of the person completing the form to ensure that these documents are shared with all relevant individuals.

Access to Other Areas
All broadcast accreditations will provide access to the Broadcast Centre and other broadcast areas (ENG positions, Media Pavilion etc). The MA code is specifically for access to the Media Centre where the written press is located. Please limit allocation of this code to crew members who require access to speak to the WTA/ATP contacts on site or press colleagues (i.e. researchers/ APs etc). Access to Aorangi to capture practice content needs to be booked via the WBS Online Bookings System. For access to any other areas including Media Seating on court during The Championships, please email wbs@aeltc.com.
If your crew includes ITWA members, former players who may be Last 8 Club members or players competing in the Invitation Doubles, please contact broadcast.accreditation@aeltc.com.
Once you have submitted applications you will no longer be able to update or edit them. However, you can track their progress through the system by looking at their ‘status.' There are seven statuses you might see on WACS:
