The Promoter (as defined at paragraph 2 below) is running a ballot (the “Ballot”) whereby participants are offered the chance to attend the Wimbledon Court in New York City (the “Event”) which will be staged at Wollman Rink, Central Park on 26 June to 29 June 2026 (the “Venue”).
The promoter of the Event is The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Ltd of The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Church Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 5AE (the “Promoter”).
The sole operator of the Event is The Experiential Group, LLC of 45 Main St, Suite 224, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (the “Event Operator”).
An individual may submit a Ballot entry:
.1 to attend the Venue on the day of the Event grass court exhibition tennis match scheduled to take place on Friday 26 June 2026 (the “Exhibition Match Day”); and/or
.2 to secure a forty-five minute timeslot to play tennis on the grass court located at the Venue on either Saturday 27 June or Sunday 28 June 2026 (a “Court Session”).
By submitting a Ballot entry for the “Exhibition Match Day” and/or for a “Court Session”, entrants agree to be bound by these Ballot terms and conditions. The Promoter and the Event Operator reserve the right, exercisable at their sole discretion, to refuse entry to the Venue to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Ballot is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have submitted an application form between 7.00am EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) on 2 June 2026 and 11:59pm EDT on 10 June 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”).
The Ballot is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Ballot applications require an entrant to have a valid myWimbledon account.
To enter the Ballot, entrants must complete an online entry form, which can be found here during the Qualifying Period.
All Ballot applications and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt.
During the Qualifying Period, there is a limit of one Ballot entry per person for each of the Exhibition Match Day and a Court Session. Any additional entries will be disregarded. Ballot entry does not secure a seat in the court seating area on the Exhibition Match Day. Ballot entrants will not be able to select their attendance date or timeslot for a Court Session.
The Ballot will only be open for the Qualifying Period. Entries received outside the Qualifying Period will not be considered.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter will process the personal information of Ballot entrants submitted during the Ballot entry process in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available on the Promoter’s website here) for the purposes of running the Ballot. The name and email address of each Ballot winner will be shared with the Event Operator’s ticketing service provider solely for the purposes of delivering tickets and for providing necessary email communications about attending the Venue.
Successful entrants will be chosen via a random selector mechanic out of all eligible Ballot applications. A minimum of seven hundred and fifty (750) Ballots entrants for the Exhibition Match Day and a total of five (5) Ballot entrants for a Court Session will be selected. Any travel, accommodation, and/or any other expenses relating to attending the Event are expressly excluded and shall remain the sole responsibility of the successful entrant.
If successful in the Ballot, entrants will be notified on or before Friday 19 June 2026 via the email address associated with their myWimbledon account used to enter the Ballot. Ballot winners for a Court Session must confirm their attendance with the Event Operator within (48) hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in their Court Session timeslot being forfeited and released to an alternative successful Ballot entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the email address provided is incorrect, not functioning properly or if the Ballot winner fails to access the email on time.
Each Exhibition Match Day winning Ballot entrant will be allocated two (2) tickets. The tickets will only grant access to the Venue on the specified day. The tickets may not be exchanged for alternative dates and are non-transferable. Tickets to attend the Venue on the Exhibition Match Day have no cash value.
Ballot winners for the Exhibition Match Day must arrive with their guests at least one (1) hour prior to the publicly advertised start time of the exhibition match in order to ensure entrance to the Venue. Following this time, access to the Venue may only be granted if the Venue is not at capacity or otherwise at the sole discretion of the Event Operator.
Each Court Session winning Ballot entry will permit the Ballot entrant to play tennis on the grass court located at the Venue with up to three (3) additional guests on the specified date and during the specified timeslot only. The timeslots may not be exchanged for alternative dates and are non-transferable. Timeslots for Court Sessions have no cash value.
As a condition of attending a Court Session and participating in any tennis court activities, the Ballot winner and each of their guests will be required:
.1 To arrive at the Venue and sign in at the specified location at least one (1) hour in advance of their allocated timeslot; and
.2 to sign a liability waiver issued by the Event Operator.
Ballot winners will be denied entry to the Venue if they arrive on a date other than what is listed on their ticket or confirmation unless the Venue is not at capacity, in which case Ballot winners may only be allowed to enter at the discretion of the Event Operator.
Once an attendee has left the Venue, re-entry is not permitted.
In addition to attendance by Ballot winners, the Venue may be opened to other members of the public on a first come first serve basis pending Venue capacity.
The Promoter and/or the Event Organiser reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Event where it becomes necessary to do so.
In the event of dangerous weather conditions (for example lightning, high winds or flooding) the Event, or any part thereof, will be cancelled or postponed until later in the day until the dangerous conditions pass.
If the Event must be cancelled for any reason other than dangerous weather conditions, it will not be rescheduled to another date.
Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years of age needs to be accompanied at all times by a supervising adult, who will be required to have their own ticket.
Entrants will not be permitted to bring their own food and drink; alcohol is not permitted unless purchased at authorised concession areas within the Venue.
In addition to these terms and conditions, all entrants shall be required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the park within which the Venue is located as well as any other Event-related rules and regulations published by the Promoter and the Event Organiser.
