Strawberries and blackberries with clotted cream
Ingredients
1 punnet of strawberries
150g blackberries
1 tsp lemon juice
20g icing sugar
Small tub of clotted cream
Method
1. Hull the strawberries and put them in a small bowl with the blackberries.
2. Add the lemon and sugar and mix until coated, being careful not to damage the fruit.
3. Place in a stack on the plate and finish with a scoop of clotted cream.
